Returns, Refunds, & Repairs


30 Day Money Back or Exchange

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us at (936) 755-1466 within 30 days of shipment.  We will give you an exchange or refund on unused products in the original packaging.*  We also cover return shipping for items that have defects or are not as described on our website.  

If your jewelry came with IGI© or GIA© Appraisal Certificate, you include the certificate with your return. Otherwise your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost (usually around $100, sometimes more). If you don't have the certificate, let us know that when you call so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement.

* Items that have been used, modified or customized are not subject to refunds or exchanges.  All returns must be inspected before we can issue a refund or exchange.  We check that the item does not have scratches, marks or damage, and no alteration or resizing has been done.  We also verify that the metals and gemstones or diamonds are the same as were sent to you.

Repairs & Resizing

If your item did not arrive in perfect shape, contact us at (936) 755-1466 within seven days of recieving your item and we will pay for all repairs.  We will also pay for minor repairs (less than $60) on all items over $200 within 30 days of shipment.  If your piece needs any repair within 90 days, we will give you one reward point per dollar spent on the repair.* * 

If your ring needs resizing, we will pay for re-sizing to the size on your order form within 30 days.  We will issue reward points for every dollar you spend on re-sizing a ring to any other size within 90 days of purchase.**
